This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on nutriarecipes.shop (the "Site"), operated by Nutria® ("Nutria", "we", "us" or "our"). We want you to love your recipes. If you don't, we make it simple to get your money back.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All of our products are digital (e-books delivered by email). Every purchase is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. No questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at nutria@contacto.com with:

  • Your order number (found in your confirmation email);
  • The email address used to place the order;
  • The subject line "Refund Request".

Because our products are digital, there is nothing to ship back. You do not need to return any files.

3. Refund Processing

We will confirm your request by email within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

4. Requests After 30 Days

Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the order date are not eligible for a refund. However, if you experience a technical problem accessing your e-book at any time, please contact us and we will make it right.

5. Duplicate or Accidental Purchases

If you were charged more than once for the same product, or purchased by mistake, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge promptly.

6. Cancellations

Because digital products are delivered instantly after payment, orders cannot be cancelled once delivered. You are still fully protected by the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee described above.

7. Chargebacks

Before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer, please contact us first. We resolve most issues within one business day, and a refund through us is usually faster than a chargeback.
