This policy explains how orders placed on nutriarecipes.shop, operated by Nutria®, are delivered.
1. Digital Products Only
All of our products are digital (e-books in PDF format). No physical items are shipped, so there are no shipping fees, no customs charges and no waiting for a package.
2. Delivery Time
Your e-book is delivered instantly to the email address you entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes of a successful payment. You will also be able to access your download link from your order confirmation page.
3. Didn't Receive Your E-book?
- Check your spam, junk or promotions folder;
- Make sure the email address entered at checkout was correct;
- Search your inbox for "nutriarecipes" or "Nutria".
If you still cannot find it within 1 hour of your purchase, email nutria@contacto.com with your order number and we will resend it right away.
4. Delivery Worldwide
Because our products are delivered by email, they are available to customers anywhere in the world with an internet connection.
5. Device Compatibility
Our e-books can be read on any smartphone, tablet or computer with a standard PDF reader, and can also be printed for personal use.
